What are your hours?

These hours are subject to change based on demand. If/When they do change, we will update our hours on Google.

Will you have Game Masters or Dungeon Masters for hire? Or will you be hosting open TTRPG sessions?

We will not have designated GMs or DMs for hire, nor will we be hosting any open RPG sessions. However, we have a community board where anyone looking for a group to play with, or a DM looking for players, may post advertisements there! We want to facilitate community connections, helping players and DMs find each other and give them a space they can meet up and play! As for the future, we’re open to the idea and are considering it.

What trading card games do you carry?

We carry a wide range of trading card games! If there’s one in particular that you’re looking for, let one of our staff know! Otherwise, check out our tournament schedule on the homepage.

I’m looking for something you don’t carry in your store, can you special order it for me?

Talk to our staff during your next visit about special ordering trading cards, board games, TTRPG’s, and accessories that we may not have available. We will do our best to find what you’re looking for.

Will you have Gift Cards for the Holidays?

I understand you buy trading cards; can I also sell you used board games or minis?

I heard you have a café! What’s on your menu?

Our café has a full espresso and coffee bar, as well as several different Boba Tea options! Our food menu has delicious shareable appetizers, as well as pizzas and some desserts! Stop in to see a precise list of menu items. During our opening period, our menu is subject to change based on availability and customer demand.

Is your menu to-go?

All beverages from our café are available to go. Our kitchen items are not available to go.

Can I order food to be delivered to your store while I play?

Please, do not make food deliveries to our location from other businesses, unless you have a dietary restriction our staff cannot accommodate.

Do you serve alcohol?

Do you have a gender-neutral bathroom?

We do! Our stand-alone gender-neutral restroom is ADA accessible and open to anyone! All restrooms regardless of gender at Fox Den have changing tables as well as free menstrual/hygiene products.

Can I rent out your entire play space for an event?

Currently, our open play space is not available for rent. This may change in the future; feel free to email questions@foxdenbgc.com for current renting information.

Is there a fee to use your open play space?

Does it cost money to play any store copies of games?

Nope! Our Free-To-Play library is just that – free! These games may rotate as well; stop in and try something new!

How do I rent your semi-private gaming rooms?

Our semi-private gaming rooms are now available to rent! Give us a call for questions regarding price and availability. Our plan is to have you be able to see availability and make reservations from our website in the future!

Can I stream or make content in your store?

If you would like to stream or make internet content in our store, please speak with the manager on duty and ask permission. Also, please get consent from any other guests around you who may end up in the final video. We want our space to be comfortable and safe for all our players.

What is your harassment policy?

We have a zero-tolerance harassment and bullying policy. Our store is a safe gaming space for anyone and everyone. Harassment of other players for any reason will not be tolerated in our store.
